Jefferson's construction begins with a solid fiberglass hull bottom laid up with multiple layers of bi axial and tri axial non-woven fiberglass material for providing excellent shear strength. The hull sides lay up with multiple layers of bi axial and Nida Core honeycomb coring making them incredibly strong.

The stringer system is made of a fiberglass composite of Nida Core and bi axial fiberglass and then completely glassed into place with more layers of bi axial fiberglass material completely covering the entire hull bottom several times again for ultimate strength.

Our deck designs incorporate the 1 piece design technology so when joined with the hull they become a 1 piece uni-body. The hull/deck joint as well as the stringer/deck attachment is made with multiple layers of bi axial fiberglass providing them with a bond that will ensure their marriage for life.

This type of construction make for a boat free from creaks and rattles and provides the crew with a secure feeling of safety. All of our boats can be foam filled with floatation foam for additional security although our standard construction provides trapped air within the sealed structure between hull and deck. All of our molded fiberglass components are wood-free providing many years of service without the fear of failure from rotted coring.

All hardware used is high quality 316 stainless or marine grade anodized aluminum and through bolted with backing plates for ultimate security. We use tinned copper wiring with heat shrink connectors assuring many years of trouble free service from your boats electrical systems.
